Hydrapower’s 7311-01, 7311-02 and 7311-03 PTO driven tow behind
Angle Sweepers fit directly on your tractor’s three-point linkage.
The
special PTO shaft with clutch (supplied) can tolerate the wide angles
that occur when the sweeper is both low to the ground and set off
at
an angle. The sweeper can be set up to 30% left or right of centre,
to form debris into a windrow. A heavy-duty ball-race turntable
supports the main brush housing.
The 1800 mm (7311-01), 2000 mm (7311-02) or 2200 mm (7311-03)
wide brushes is comprised of large 600 mm (24”) outside diameter
brush segments of poly and wire, the standard ratio being 1:1,
although other ratios can be supplied on request (eg. Full poly
brush
for feed lots, full wire brush for cleaning roads). The final reduction
from the PTO to the broom drive sprocket is 3.8:1, giving a brush
speed of approximately 142 RPM (at 540 RPM from the PTO).
The sweeper is supplied with storage legs for parking the sweeper.
The jockey wheel adjusts the brush height and can be hinged back
for loading on or off a trailer etc. The broom cover has a rubber
skirt
on the tractor side to protect the operator from debris when in
use.
Optional fittings include dual jockey wheels and hydraulic angling.
